INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL:
- The full 2 acre river front property for the whole night. Check in at noon and out at 10:00am the following morning.
- Complete access to the yurt (30ft) and 2 tipis (16ft) for indoor spaces.
- Two covered decks for food preparation and outdoor covered seating.
- One propane BBQ (propane included).
- Picnic tables, horseshoes, a wood-fired sauna and fire pit (wood provided)!
- A private Gallatin River access for wading, fly fishing and gorgeous pictures!
- Water, porta-potties, garbage cans with trash removal & a 2000 watt generator with fuel.
- Parking on a separate, within-walking-distance property, to keep the eye-sore away form your special day!
- A 14000 watt generator is available for rent for an additional $115.00 + fuel cost (100 gallon tank). We pick it up, tow it to the site, refill the fuel the next day and take it back. We will ask for a $250 generator deposit (in addition to the $115) and will return the remainder of your money, after the fuel refill, with a receipt. (Note: the deposit required for fuel will increase with gas prices).
