DETAILS:
- Check in at 12:00pm.
- Check out at 10:00am the following day.
- Half of your total cost is due at the time of your reservation. It is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
- Remainder of the payment is due 7 days prior to the rental night. It is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
- A $500 damage & cleaning deposit is due 7 days prior to the rental night. As long as there is not damage to the buildings and facilities and garbage is cleaned up, the $500 will be returned.
